Privacy Policy for f/Recipe

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how R G Management Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), operating as Finding Sherwood, collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our mobile application f/Recipe (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

f/Recipe is designed with user privacy as a priority. We do not require account registration, nor do we collect or store personal identifiers such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number within the App.

a. In-App Purchase and Subscription Data

To process and manage your in-app product purchases (such as lifetime license access), we integrate with RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes transaction data on our behalf as a data processor. This includes:

• Anonymous App User ID: A randomly generated identifier used solely to associate purchase status with your device instance.
• Purchase Receipts & Status: Transaction details generated by Google Play (e.g., purchase tokens, timestamps, product IDs, active entitlement status).

Note: All payment transactions are processed directly through Google Play Store billing. We never see, access, or store your payment card details, bank information, or Google account credentials.

b. Local App Storage

All camera recipe configurations, custom JPEG white balance parameters, and user preferences created inside f/Recipe are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited data processed via RevenueCat exclusively to:

• Validate purchase status and grant access to paid features (Starter / Pro tiers).
• Restore past purchases when requested on your device.
• Troubleshoot subscription or receipt validation errors.

3. Third-Party Services

We share minimal anonymous transaction data with the following service providers to enable app functionality:

• Google Play Billing: Handles overall in-app payment processing. (Google Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat: Validates store purchase receipts and manages entitlement access. (RevenueCat Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not maintain user account systems, local recipe data remains on your physical device until you uninstall the App or clear app storage. Anonymous transaction records held by RevenueCat and Google Play are retained only as long as necessary to maintain active entitlement states and satisfy financial record-keeping obligations.

If you wish to request the deletion of any anonymous billing identifier associated with your device, please contact us using the details below.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union / UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
